How to remove a connected social account from AdVentur.ai and have its data deleted.
What we keep for a connected account
When you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account, we store its id, name, username, profile picture and bio, an encrypted access token, and the posts you publish through AdVentur.ai with their like, comment and share counts. We use this only to publish the posts you approve and to show how they performed. We don't read private messages or personal profiles, and we don't sell or share this data.
Disconnect an account yourself
- Sign in to AdVentur.ai and open Admin, then Accounts (Connected accounts).
- Select the disconnect button next to the Facebook Page or Instagram account. This deletes the stored access token straight away, so we can no longer post or read anything for that account.
- To revoke access on Meta's side too, remove AdVentur.ai under Facebook Settings, Business integrations, or Instagram Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites.
Ask us to delete everything
Email legal@adventur.ai from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion", and say which accounts it covers. We delete the stored tokens, profile details and post data within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleting your AdVentur.ai account removes all of it.
