1. Who we are

Social Image Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12541817) with registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX.

2. Data we collect

We collect account details (name, email, organization data), billing data, usage and diagnostic data, and support communications. We do not intentionally collect special category data.

2a. Connected social accounts

When you connect a social account (for example X, LinkedIn, a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account), we receive and store its id, name, username, profile picture and bio, and an encrypted access token. We use them only to publish the posts you create or approve, to show you how those posts performed (likes, comments and shares), and to show which account a post goes to. We don't sell this data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. You can disconnect an account at any time; see our data deletion instructions to have its data removed.

Connecting a YouTube channel uses YouTube API Services. By connecting one you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. We read your channel's name, picture, subscriber count and the views, likes and comments of videos we uploaded for you, and upload only the videos you schedule. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account's third-party connections.

3. Legal bases for processing

Under UK GDPR we process personal data on the following bases: contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where required (for example certain marketing communications).

4. Cookies and communications (PECR)

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and service operation. Any non-essential cookies or direct electronic marketing are managed in line with PECR and applicable consent requirements.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we apply appropriate safeguards such as UK Addendum-aligned contractual protections and vendor due diligence.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Retention windows are reviewed regularly.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection as provided by UK GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
