Terms of Service

1. Agreement and scope
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Social Image Ltd. They apply to your access and use of our SaaS platform, websites, APIs, and related services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We may suspend access for overdue invoices after reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, circumvent security controls, infringe third-party rights, or process unlawful content. We may remove or restrict violating activity.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the platform, software, and branding. You retain rights in your data and grant us the limited rights needed to operate and support the service.
6. Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis, except where law implies non-excludable rights. To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with plan terms or for material breach if not remedied after notice. On termination, access rights end and data handling follows our retention policies.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
